Required: at least two years of restaurant management, strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Expect a 50-hour week with peak-season flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to speak and read English; interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Solid reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating hourly team members.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Serve as the go-to resource for hourly team members daily.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to assistants and staff.
• Oversee performance to meet company standards with follow-up.
• Respond to immediate store needs.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.
• Enforce policies and programs; report to Area Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Possess flexibility for a 50-hour workweek.
