ACGBBQ, LLC., a Sonny’s BBQ licensed franchisee, seeks a Manager to run daily operations and deliver a memorable guest experience. You will hire, train, and supervise hourly staff, maintain a safe, professional environment, and ensure smooth shifts with clear performance benchmarks.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of restaurant management experience, excellent interpersonal and time‑management skills, and proficiency with MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• At least two years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong time management.
• Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, and developing hourly team members; schedule and evaluate staff.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Serve as the go-to resource for hourly team members and address daily needs.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to ensure smooth shifts.
• Oversee performance and follow up with team members to meet company standards.
• Respond to immediate store needs and guest service issues.
• Enforce operations policies and programs in the store.
• Work at least 45 hours per week; may reach 50 hours during peaks.
