Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a 3rd Shift Inventory & Warehouse Supervisor in Jackson, OH to oversee inbound/outbound operations and lead inventory integrity initiatives. The role reports to the Director – Supply Chain and manages warehouse and inventory staff for an 8-hour shift, with 30% forklift work.

A base salary plus a 10% monthly bonus target is offered. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, implementing a strong 5S program, managing carriers, and staffing shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in an Inventory & Warehouse environment.
• WMS experience.
• Able to communicate cross-functionally.
• Influence others using data while aligning with other functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; can create clear spreadsheets, documents, and reports.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound flow to ensure inventory integrity and data capture.
• Identify root causes of data integrity gaps and work with other functions.
• Analyze inventory to optimize storage location efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a 5S program for facility areas.
• Manage inbound/outbound carriers to ensure temperature compliance and documentation.
• Staffing and scheduling respective shifts.
• Ensure FEFO and FIFO processes are followed.
• Interview, hire, and manage shift performance.
• Develop forklift driver cross-training to cover all pallet movements.
• Support safety initiatives and pre-shift inspections.
• Implement continuous improvement communications with Fulfillment, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, HR, Maintenance, and Kitchen.
• Develop a metrics-driven culture for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
