Qualifications

• 2+ years’ Cycle Count or Inventory Coordination experience.
• Prior cross-functional team building or meeting experience.
• Effective cross-functional communication.
• Proficient in Excel; develop clear spreadsheets and reports.
• Must obtain lift certification within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Physically count items in inventory; ensure FEFO and Lot Code tracking.
• Build and use reports to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Reconcile and resolve second inventory count records.
• Update ERP/WMS with count results and items affecting inventory integrity.
• Maintain and report KPIs around first-pass accuracy.
• Ensure Root Cause Report is filled out by Inventory Control Specialist.
• Manage team to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional corrective actions.
• Support change processes across departments.
