Belk in Mississippi is seeking a Merchandising Team Manager to lead a team across store operations, merchandising, and facilities, driving a positive customer experience and sales growth. You will coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory, pricing, and signage while collaborating with visual and selling teams to elevate presentations.

You will coach and develop associates, plan weekly workloads, and ensure planograms and omni processes are followed, optimizing efficiency and results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to move around store areas and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead team in achieving store objectives and key metrics.
• Direct back-of-house operations, inbound deliveries, and store fulfillment.
• Oversee front-of-house operations including product placement, floor sets, and pricing.
• Collaborate with selling and visual teams to maintain planograms and cleanliness.
• Participate in weekly planning, forecast receipts, and labor needs.
• Develop associates through coaching and training, fostering excellence.
• Drive team retention, celebrate achievements, and promote engagement.
• Support recruitment and onboarding to maintain bench strength.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and asset protection compliance.
