You will tour and lease apartment homes, build rapport, and communicate the value of our communities while managing leasing paperwork and move-ins/move-outs. The role requires one weekend day consistency and strong written/verbal communication. A high school diploma is required and company benefits are competitive.

Qualifications

• Availability to work one weekend day as part of a five-day work week.
• Personal, reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
