Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date patient medical records throughout the bone marrow transplant continuum of care.
• Collect, review, organize, scan, and index clinical documentation from internal and external healthcare providers.
• Coordinate medical record retrieval from referring physicians, hospitals, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.
• Review patient records for completeness and communicate missing or incomplete documentation to appropriate healthcare providers.
• Support documentation preparation, data collection, and reporting for regulatory agencies and transplant registries.
