Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or
• Associate's degree with 4 years of Sales experience or
• High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience
• Clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related (for Senior)

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct programs to achieve territory sales targets
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and address reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory analysis; develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialist
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products throughout the sales cycle and uphold Amgen values
