Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, share clinical knowledge, and promote Amgen products while navigating the payer environment. The role oversees marketing strategy and will be the primary customer contact in the territory.

Responsibilities include delivering branded messages, expanding access, and building long-term relationships with accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products and clinical benefits to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and promotional programs to reach targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensuring product access and handling reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve performance.
• Maintain passion for products and Amgen values throughout the sales cycle.
