Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote products, and navigate payer environments. You will implement marketing strategies, manage a territory, and drive branded programs with both in-person and virtual engagements.

The role emphasizes scientific knowledge, sales excellence, and collaboration, with the company offering flexible work models and a comprehensive rewards package to support growth and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR high school diploma with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales/clinical experience OR Associate with 6 years / high school with 8 years.

Responsabilités

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Perform as a sales leader to achieve territory sales by delivering branded sales messages and programs; engage in in-person and virtual activities.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts including discussions based on customer needs and ensuring product access.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze the effectiveness of sales activities, and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and learn within the role.
• Demonstrate passion for our products and sustain that passion through the sales cycle while upholding brand values.
