Job summary

Wolfspeed, Inc. seeks a process sustaining specialist for an automated semiconductor production environment. Focus areas include Photolithography, Wet Processing, Etch, Thin Films, Diffusion, Implantation, Metrology, and Bond & Grind.

12-hour night shift on a rotating 3on-4off/4on-3off schedule, with alternating weekends. You will collaborate with Engineering to qualify new processes, document data (DOE), report issues, perform corrective actions, maintain reticle inventory, and support yield

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field required.
• Strong problem solving and 5Y/8D techniques knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify new processes and tool sets with Engineering.
• Document data and perform DOE and data presentation as needed.
• Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions; take corrective actions.
• Interact with Process Engineers and Maintenance to resolve non-conformances.
• Maintain reticle inventory and support yield and cycle time goals.
