Judson Indep School District Facilities Planning is seeking a Bond Construction Project Manager to coordinate technical and administrative activities among the Facilities Planning department, design professionals, vendors, contractors, school communities and district staff for new construction and capital improvement bond projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, science or construction management or five years in related field, plus strong knowledge of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, science or construction management or five years of related construction experience.
Valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving record and liability coverage eligibility.
Fingerprinting background check required (fee paid by employee).
Knowledge of building codes, and construction principles and practices.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with architects, engineers and management professionals on planning, design and construction of projects.
Interface with district and school administration to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
Prepare bids and proposals; review progress and payments; approve changes and reports.
