Job summary

Dallas Independent School District seeks a Project Manager FF&E (226 Days) Bond Funded to lead procurement for furniture, fixtures, and equipment within the Bond Program. You will coordinate with program managers, vendors, and district staff to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field and 3–5 years in procurement or related experience, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Construction Management or related field.
• Three to five years of experience in training in communications and organizations; procurement background or related field.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Windows and Office; familiarity with statistical/financial software.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for furniture, fixtures, and equipment procurement for the Bond Program (purchase, delivery, coordination, inventory, completion).
• Direct interactions with program managers concerning procurement services.
• Coordinate with Construction Services on procurement methods and ensure compliance.
• Develop, prepare, and oversee board documents for the Bond Program.
• Interact with suppliers and district personnel for FF&E procurement; manage bid activities.
