Job summary

T.D. Williamson is seeking a detail-oriented team member to transform customer technical data into manufacturing-ready information.

You will manage item masters, BOMs, and routing data within the MRP system, evaluate ServiceNow tasks, and implement updates while coordinating with multiple departments. Responsibilities include analyzing engineering prints, tracking backlog, and ensuring accurate materials planning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MRP and BOM concepts used in manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering prints and interpret technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain item masters, BOMs, and routing data in the MRP system.
• Evaluate ServiceNow Tasks and other notifications to determine BOM and routing changes.
• Implement updates to item masters and BOMs in the MRP system as required.
• Interpret engineering prints to determine material requirements for manufacturing.
• Track daily backlog and adjust work hours to meet targets; communicate status to management.
• Collaborate with accounting on updated information and accuracy of records.
• Communicate process status effectively to other departments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through special projects.
