Job summary

Aptiv Interconnect in Houston seeks a Manufacturing Support Specialist to bridge design intent with ERP master data and shop floor execution. You will drive data integrity, manage BOM architecture, update CAD drawings, and prepare production-ready Bills of Materials.

The role requires 2–5 years in ERP/master data, familiarity with Visual ERP or NAV, SolidWorks, and GD&T, with a hands‑on approach on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands‑on experience in a machine shop or production environment.
• 2–5 years of ERP master data entry, BOM architecture, production planning, or hands‑on engineering support in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Govern ERP data, BOM architecture, and production drawings with accuracy.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Machine Shop, Production, Quality, and Purchasing to ensure BOM accuracy.
• Spend time on the shop floor to identify bottlenecks and communicate risks, driving continuous improvement.
