Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks an experienced Bolting Technician to lead and perform bolting torquing and tensioning scopes across project sites. Responsibilities include reviewing P&ID, performing torque with clicker and hydraulic wrenches, ultrasonic bolt measurements, and joint integrity reporting.

The role emphasizes safety, technical excellence, and ongoing training to maintain and enhance competence. Travel and site-based work are expected, with a strong safety-first culture guiding every task.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical school, industry training preferred.
• One or more years of experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.

Responsibilities

• P&ID review and equipment identification.
• ,
• Torque with clicker wrenches.
• Torque with hydraulic torque wrenches.
• Bolt measuring (ultrasonic).
• Hydraulic nut splitting.
• Bolt calculations of pre-load.
• Joint integrity reporting.
• Visual PM identification on bolted flange joints.
• Flange identification and damage mechanisms.
• Joint Criticality Assessment.
• Attend and complete required training to maintain competence.
