TEAM is seeking an entry level person to assist in Bolting services, has a mechanical aptitude to be safety-focused, keen to train and learn with a good work ethic to continue a career within the service line career path assigned. The Bolting Technician will perform activities within the certification level assigned.

The primary role is responsible for executing bolting operations at any facility or client site in accordance with the technician certification following company processes and procedures, achieve or exceed quality expectations for:
Attend and complete the required training to maintain competence and to continuously improve their skills and levels of competence and knowledge.
Identifies circumstances that necessitate the use of proper safety procedures and equipment.
Documents all bolting service activities as required.
Anticipated compensation for this role is $45,760 per year plus benefits.
Note: Disclosure as required by HB3129 of the pay range for this role when being hired into our locations in Illinois. Team reserves the right to pay more or less than the pasted range. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and geography.
