Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store within a defined Idaho territory. This role focuses on direct customer engagement, cold calling, and local prospecting to grow sales across multiple industrial sectors.

You will present solutions using sample boards and live demos from your mobile store while maintaining store cleanliness, accuracy of reports, and up-to-date customer data. A strong track record of independent, goal-driven work is essential.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
Demonstrated strong tenure with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.

Responsibilities

Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects, making face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects near existing customers.
Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: maintain cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports.
Data Integrity: keep customer contact information up-to-date in company software.
