Job summary

Odom Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative for Boise and surrounding areas to manage a dedicated territory, grow accounts, and maintain strong retailer relationships. You will serve as a trusted consultant to retailers, drive brand presence, and maximize sales through strategic selling and merchandising.

The role demands effective communication, a focus on customer service, and the ability to travel within the Boise market to call on customers and prospects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work with limited supervision.
• Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Territory management in Boise area with accountable accounts.
• Call on customers on sales floor and by phone; solicit orders.
• Prepare sales calls with customer history and credit info.
• Develop retailer relationships as a merchandising consultant.
• Prepare timely reporting on sales distribution and promotions.
• Write orders and design on-site promotions.
