Job summary

The Odom Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow an assigned Boise territory through strategic selling, merchandising, account servicing, and relationship management. You will serve as a trusted consultant to retail customers while driving sales growth and maximizing brand presence throughout the Boise market.

This on-site, full-time role requires proactive territory planning, persuasive presentations, and strong product knowledge to maintain shelves and drive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1–2 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, proof of auto insurance, and own reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work with little supervision; highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: manage Boise-area territory and maintain account records; develop trust as a merchandising consultant; identify prospective customers and travel within the territory.
• Selling: plan daily/weekly/monthly objectives; build retailer relationships; present proposals, quote prices, and solicit orders; write orders and coordinate on-site promotions.
