Qualifications

• Excellent communication, confidentiality, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for multiple job families.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial phone screens for alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers with candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and pipelines.
• Lead campus recruitment and internship hiring programs.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive process improvements.
