Job summary

Micron in Boise, Idaho seeks a contract University Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for intern and new college graduate roles onsite. You will partner with hiring managers and university stakeholders to deliver a strong candidate experience from initial engagement through offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for intern and NCG roles.
• Build and sustain university relationships (4–6 core schools).
• Plan and execute campus recruiting events.
• Manage campus onboarding and internship/NCG program lifecycles.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain data integrity.
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing and candidate engagement.
