Job summary

Atlas Staffing is seeking a Market Development Manager to expand our Boise market. This field-based B2B sales role focuses on meeting local businesses, building partnerships, and driving growth with a $60,000 base salary and uncapped commissions.

You will manage the sales cycle, develop a prospect list, and partner with recruiters to deliver workforce solutions in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and professional roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience in outside sales, territory sales, staffing, or similar business development roles.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and operations leaders.
• Staffing industry experience is a plus but not required—we can teach staffing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business throughout the Boise market.
• Build and manage a targeted prospect list.
• Prospect through in-person visits, phone calls, email, networking, referrals, and community events.
• Meet with HR professionals, hiring managers, and operations leaders.
• Identify workforce challenges and recommend staffing solutions.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through signed agreements and account growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline activity, and follow-up schedules.
• Partner with recruiters to ensure successful client fulfillment.
• Share market intelligence on hiring trends, wages, and competitive activity.
