Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a Certified Journeyman to assemble, inspect, and repair boilers, tanks and related equipment. This role requires NCCER certifications and hands-on experience with welding, cutting, and rigging in field environments.

The position involves reading blueprints, aligning components, testing assemblies, and following safety protocols while working on large pressure vessels and related systems.

Qualifications

• Requires NCCER certifications written and/or practical.
• Experience interpreting blueprints and specifications.
• Must be able to visualize 3D structures from plans.

Responsibilities

• Locate and mark reference points for columns or plates on foundations.
• Attach rigging or signal crane operator to lift components.
• Align structures or plates to assemble boiler frames and tanks.
• Bolt or weld sections together and test assemblies for gaps or fit.
