Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service, Inc. in Dallas, TX, is seeking an Account Executive to build and nurture client relationships and drive revenue growth within an assigned territory.

You will manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to close, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accuracy of quotes and orders. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial/industrial boiler sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and a willingness to travel 50%+.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant sales experience in commercial/industrial boiler systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel +50% within state and region.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue and market penetration in the region by nurturing relationships.
• Handle technical sales and business development across the CBSS offerings.
• Prepare quotes, respond to RFQs, and analyze close rates to improve performance.
• Manage the full customer/order lifecycle including onboarding, quotes, invoicing, and collections.
• Engage in regional industry associations to understand market trends.
• Voice of the customer on new products and partnerships.
• Collaborate with management to develop local strategies.
