Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks an experienced maintenance professional for a GMP manufacturing environment in Montgomery County, MD. The role focuses on supporting utilities, preventive maintenance, and equipment cleaning to ensure compliant operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in regulated manufacturing, familiarity with production automation systems (Wonderware, MES, SAP), and strong teamwork skills to coordinate with operators and management across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent or technical certification.
• Minimum 5 years in a regulated and automated manufacturing environment, GMP experience preferred.
• Must interact effectively with operators, management and external groups.
• Basic working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of Production Automation Systems (Wonderware, MES, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to manufacturing operations and monitor utility process metrics.
• Perform final checks for facilities and utilities equipment per Preventive Maintenance work orders.
• Assist facilities team in maintaining correct, compliant spare parts inventory.
• Manage waste removal and execute equipment cleaning; follow EH&S procedures during startup, shutdown, troubleshooting, and operation.
