Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with maintenance support experience.

• Experience with boilers, pumps, valves and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines and participate in safety programs.
• Lead maintenance for Boiler department and drive uptime and productivity.
• Schedule maintenance on down days and shutdowns, order parts, and work with suppliers.
• Communicate issues to department superintendent and provide leadership feedback.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance to prevent machine failures.
• Inspect equipment and prioritize maintenance needs with operations.
• Utilize knowledge of boilers, pumps, fans, valves, steam, hydraulics and lubrication to maximize reliability.
