Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of HVAC experience within industrial settings.
• Three years in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience reading P&ID diagrams and loop sheets.
• Proficient with HVAC systems and associated maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Improve reliability of HVAC assets by leading development and execution of check/adjust routines.
• Own asset strategies for facility assets and resolve high impact operating issues.
• Lead daily operations of HVAC assets and develop operating targets and setup procedures.
• Troubleshoot and review root causes.
• Ensure assets meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality and planning for efficient operation.
• Develop long term asset performance aligned with mill goals.
• Identify opportunities and plan capital and non-capital improvements.
• Lead or participate in capital project scoping, engineering, execution, and startup.
• Provide HVAC expertise and transfer knowledge to team members.
• Develop and implement complete asset strategies for chillers and HVAC equipment.
• Travel up to 10% for training and teaching.
