Job summary

Reworld is seeking an Assistant Auxiliary Operator in Massachusetts to monitor the facility's fuel system under the Boiler Shift Supervisor. Responsibilities include overseeing fuel distribution, fire protection, and safety procedures while supporting maintenance during outages.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, have technical training, and possess a Massachusetts 2nd Fireman's License and a valid state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training preferred.
• Massachusetts 2nd Fireman's License preferred.
• Valid State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fuel distribution system.
• Monitor fire protection system including assisting in fire prevention and extinguishment of incipient fires.
• Performs lock-out tag-out (LOTO) on various systems as required.
• Boiler outage duties: pressure washing, unplug hoppers and conveyors, internal boiler cleaning, tipping valve tune ups and repairs and expansion joint repairs and replacement.
• Drag chain shaft and flight deragging.
• Performs maintenance on equipment and assists maintenance during outages.
• General housekeeping.

Massachusetts 2nd Fireman's License
