Job summary

Reworld is seeking an Assistant Auxiliary Operator to monitor the facility fuel system under the supervision of the Boiler Shift Supervisor. This hands-on role involves observing the fuel distribution and fire protection systems, and supporting safety procedures.

Responsibilities include lock-out tag-out, boiler outage tasks, maintenance assistance, and general housekeeping. Candidates should have a high school diploma, technical training preferred, and a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred technical training.
• Experience monitoring fuel and fire protection systems is desirable.
• Massachusetts 2nd Fireman’s License preferred; valid driver’s license required.
• Candidates should be safety-conscious and capable of following LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the facility's fuel distribution system.
• Assist with fire protection and incipient fire prevention tasks.
• Perform lock-out tag-out (LOTO) on applicable systems.
• Support boiler outage activities including cleaning and repairs.
• Assist maintenance and ensure general housekeeping throughout the plant.
