Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations seeks a Plant Operator to maintain safe, environmentally compliant boiler operation, optimize generation and emissions, and lead plant staff. The role includes supervising 2–5 employees, training operators, and performing outage inspections.

Candidates should have power plant experience (APO) or related roles, and may need ASME QRO Provisional license and MA 2nd Class license. Physical demands are high with ladder work and heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• Two years working in a power plant environment as an APO or comparable position.
• ASME QRO Provisional license exposure or attainment.
• Knowledge of steam generating power plant operation and control.
• Math skills to complete required functions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant operations and emissions data.
• Respond to changing conditions to maximize safety and efficiency.
• Supervise and train 2–5 staff as needed.
• Perform equipment inspections during outages.
• Handle physical tasks related to boiler maintenance.
• Maintain safe, compliant work environment.
