Chick-fil-A Destin is seeking a Team Leader who embodies our core values and serves guests with a servant’s heart. The role supports senior leadership, drives daily operations, and coaches team members to uphold service and quality standards in a fast-paced dining environment.

PM shifts, full-time or part-time, with pay up to $21/hour depending on experience. You’ll mentor staff, ensure food safety, and maintain a positive culture while delivering the famous Chick-fil-A experience to every guest.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly demeanor and strong guest interaction.
• Eye contact maintained consistently during interactions.
• Speaking enthusiastically to guests and team.
• Ability to form emotional connections with guests.
• Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Work in all kitchen staff roles.
• Implement proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.
• Produce high quality food with precision and accuracy.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guests' needs.
• Assist in training of new hires and set the tone for a shift; be a role model for the team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
