Job summary

Chick-fil-A Osage Beach is seeking a Back of House Team Member to help prepare high-quality Chick-fil-A food in a fast-paced, clean kitchen environment. You will learn stations and maintain safety standards while delivering hot, fresh meals.

You’ll support opening/closing tasks, follow FIFO inventory practices, and collaborate with a friendly Operator-led team. Benefits include a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: prepare, cook, assemble, and present menu items quickly and accurately.
• Kitchen Stations: learn and maintain proficiency across stations including breading, boards, assembly, fryers, and prep.
• Food Safety & Quality: follow temperature checks, sanitation procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Inventory & Stocking: assist with stocking, rotate ingredients using FIFO, keep stations ready for peak volume.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: keep a clean, organized work station and kitchen; complete shift tasks.
• Equipment & Safety: operate kitchen equipment safely and report hazards to leaders.
• Other: complete opening/closing tasks and adhere to rules and dress code.
