OROVILLE CHICK-FIL-A is seeking a BOH Team Leader to develop into a leadership role while executing in one kitchen area and guiding 2-4 Team Members per shift. The position emphasizes coaching, food safety, and high standards in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 2-4 Team Members by communicating expectations and delegating tasks.
• Provide base-level coaching and reinforce core values.
• Protect food-safety, food-quality, cleanliness and standards within the area.
• Recognize when execution is off and correct issues in the moment.
• Communicate operational needs and propose solutions to Coordinators.
• Teach and reinforce correct execution using training tools.
• Develop leadership skills and judgment for future responsibility.
