Job summary

Chick-fil-A Vine City is seeking a Back of House Shift Supervisor to lead team members, ensure fast and accurate service, and uphold food safety standards. This full-time role requires open availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will work with a motivated Owner/Operator, enjoy a nurturing environment, and access scholarship, tuition discounts, and opportunities for advancement and travel within the Chick-fil-A network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, hospitality, food science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Successfully run shifts to ensure fast, accurate food is served to standard.
• Report for shifts on time and operate with a sense of urgency.
• Assist in training new hires and act as a role model for the team.
• Exhibit mastery of all Back of House positions.
• Run breaks and ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to policies, enforce food safety and quality standards.
• Assist with inventory management and controlling costs.
