Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety and operational procedures.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Dependable, coachable, and solution-oriented.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Back of House operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure food quality, accuracy, speed, and presentation meet Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures
• Coach, train, and develop kitchen team members in real time
• Manage shift execution including station placement, breaks, and production flow
• Monitor product levels and communicate needs proactively
• Partner closely with Front of House leaders to ensure smooth handoff and service flow
• Troubleshoot operational challenges quickly and effectively
• Uphold Chick-fil-A values and culture on every shift
