Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-paced environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices.
• Ability to lead with urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute kitchen operations to ensure accuracy, speed, and quality of all food items.
• Maintain Chick-fil-A standards in food safety, cleanliness, and organization (EcoSure & Pathway aligned).
• Ensure proper holding times, food rotation, and waste control.
• Execute intentional setups to position the kitchen for success during peak and non-peak hours.
• Monitor kitchen flow and make real-time adjustments to ensure efficiency.
