Job summary

Chick-fil-A Tyrone Blvd is seeking a Back of House Leader in Saint Petersburg, FL to guide kitchen teams, maintain high standards, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead BOH operations, coach Team Members, ensure food quality and safety, and adapt to changing demands while upholding our Mission and Values. Must be 18+, HS diploma, 2+ years leadership; ServSafe preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and eligible to work
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of leadership in a high-volume kitchen
• Working knowledge of labor, productivity, and food cost
• Food safety principles and HACCP awareness
• ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
• Able to work in cooler and freezer environments
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
