Job summary

Chick-fil-A Duluth is seeking a Back of House Team Leader who is fluent in English and Spanish. You will lead kitchen shifts, train and develop team members, and ensure bilingual communication across the BOH team to set everyone up for success.

Responsibilities include overseeing production flow, food safety, scheduling input, and maintaining a positive, fast-paced work environment with strong leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken)
• Leadership experience preferred
• Reliable and calm under pressure during high-volume rushes
• Strong attention to detail with food safety and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH operations during shifts — production flow, quality, speed, and food safety
• Train and coach team members in both English and Spanish, including onboarding new hires
• Translate and communicate expectations, procedures, and feedback so nothing gets lost between languages
• Own food safety standards: temps, dating, labeling, cleanliness, and closing/opening procedures
• Support the leadership team with scheduling input, performance feedback, and team development
• Set the tone — lead by example with urgency, positivity, and care for your team
