OROVILLE CHICK-FIL-A is seeking a BOH Coordinator to lead Back of House operations, coach the team, and uphold food safety and quality standards. This is a full-time leadership role with 40 hours per week, including opening, closing, peak periods, weekends, and events.

The role focuses on protecting food safety, managing labor, and helping team members grow while delivering a great guest experience. A strong leader with a solutions mindset will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead people in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and decision-making ability.
• Willingness to learn food-cost measurements and food-safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead effective Back of House shifts and set clear priorities for the kitchen team.
• Coach Team Members in real time, recognize strong performance, and hold the team to expectations.
• Protect food safety and product quality, including Taste, Temperature, Portion Size, Order Accuracy, cleanliness, and preparation.
• Understand food-cost drivers and help control waste through proper preparation and forecasting.
• Identify kitchen bottlenecks, solve problems, and communicate opportunities to senior leadership.
• Complete operational, food-safety, opening, transition, and closing duties.
