Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or shift management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Back of House operations during opening and breakfast/lunch service.
• Assess business needs throughout the shift and assign team members to positions that best support operational success.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members through real‑time feedback and accountability.
• Partner with the Front of House Shift Leader to communicate business needs, staffing adjustments, and operational priorities.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, food quality, cleanliness, and operational procedures.
• Monitor production levels and make proactive adjustments to meet changing business demands.
• Ensure team members are following recipes, procedures, and Chick-fil‑A standards.
• Balance food quality, speed of service, accuracy, and team care when making operational decisions.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to keep the shift running smoothly.
• Foster a positive, encouraging work environment where team members feel supported and empowered.
