Job summary

Key duties include supervising the back of house team, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, training new hires, and upholding Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.

Qualifications

• Must be consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
• Kitchen experience required.
• Ability to lift 10-50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the back of house team in food preparation, cooking, and assembly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Ensure safe operation around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Enforce Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
