• Lead and drive the shift with integrity, humility and service.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and shift execution for BOH operations.
• Monitor safety, quality and portioning to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Coach team to follow health and operational standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and reassign staff to improve flow.
• Monitor food waste and implement waste-reduction practices.
• Support the Operator in achieving guest experience goals.
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
