Alexandria Restaurant Partner seeks a Sous Chef to lead our Back of House team in Alexandria, VA. You will enforce quality standards, oversee kitchen operations, and help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while delivering a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Back of House manager in a high volume restaurant.
• Or minimum 6 months Back of House experience with ARP.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly motivated.
• Able to communicate effectively in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly Back of House staff.
• Ensure adherence to ARP quality standards, operating systems, and safety regulations.
• Maintain Back of House facilities and workflow.
• Support new restaurant openings as required.
• Protect ARP brand and contribute to profitability.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef on staff morale and guest experience.
