Job summary
Chick-fil-A Shepherdstown Crossing is seeking a hands-on BOH/Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations, mentor 30+ team members, and uphold food safety and quality standards. This role reports to the leadership team and involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, fast-paced decision making, weekend availability, and the ability to open/close shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
- Willingness to open/close and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Lead BOH operations and ensure safety, food quality and standards.
- Schedule 30+ BOH team members weekly and manage inventory.
- Hire, train, and develop BOH staff to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Lead shifts and train in all BOH/kitchen roles as needed.
- Collaborate with leaders to drive restaurant results and cost controls.
