Chick-fil-A Shepherdstown Crossing is seeking full-time Kitchen/Back of House (BOH) Closing Specialists to prepare and finalize night service. You will close, clean, and restock the kitchen, ensuring readiness for the morning shift and a smooth handoff to the next team.

The role emphasizes care, speed, and safety in a high-volume setting. Team Members should be friendly, energetic, and reliable, with the ability to work quickly, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate with others to deliver

What Does a Back of House (Kitchen) Chick-fil-A Closing Specialist Team Member Do?

A Chick-fil-A team BOH member performs food preparation duties consisting of cooking food, assembling sandwiches and other food products, prepping salads, washing dishes, etc. As a Kitchen Closing Specialist, you will also be responsible for closing, cleaning, restocking the kitchen at the end of the night to set up the morning shift for success!

Our Team Members must be caring, friendly, and have a genuine heart to serve others. The Back of House/Kitchen position which would entail working in the kitchen, prepping and cooking food to ensure quality and accuracy of orders. Attention to detail and warm hospitality make a difference in all areas of our restaurant.

• Premium Pay for Experienced Full-Time Closers
• Must Have Weekend Availability (Closed on Sundays)
