Job summary

ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing is seeking a Kitchen Crew Member for back-of-house operations. You will assist in prep, assembly, and maintaining clean, stocked work areas throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include receiving vendor orders, checking accuracy, updating prep and work lists, and supporting Grill and Steam station staff by replenishing stock while adhering to safety standards. Prior kitchen experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous BOH kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Train to understand exacting methods for consistent food from specific recipes.
• Receive orders from vendors and check for accuracy.
• Monitor shift prep lists and leave prep and work lists for next shifts.
• Support Grill and Steam station staff by replenishing stock and ingredients throughout the day.
• Clean dishes as needed and direct Kitchen Clean Team to maintain flow of wares.
• Direct during slower periods the Kitchen Clean Team member who doubles as accessory prep personnel.
