Caliber Collision in Lakeway, Texas, is seeking a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to learn body repair from industry mentors. You will perform diverse duties, follow training materials, and work toward becoming a certified body technician.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle repair tasks under mentor guidance to learn industry-standard techniques
• Learn to read estimates, identify damage, and check work for quality and accuracy
• Complete required TAP trainings and certifications as part of the program
