Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to perform all-purpose duties, repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition under mentors. You will learn to read estimates, identify damage, and complete repairs with a focus on quality.

You’ll receive benefits from day one, a Snap-On tool bag after 90 days, and potential to earn $70,000+ per year after completing the program. No experience is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for Caliber insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques.
• Learn training material and hands-on skills under mentor guidance.
• Read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality and accuracy.
