Caliber Collision Lakeway is seeking a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to perform all‑purpose duties and learn repair techniques that return vehicles to pre‑accident condition. You will follow a mentor, read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality as you train.

The TAP offers weekly pay, benefits from day one, a Snap-On tool bag after 90 days, and an $1,000 anniversary bonus after 12 months in the program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
• No experience required; training will be provided.
